About Us
Pénélope Zagoras was born in Heraklion, city of Knossos, Feistos and Gortis, in Crete, and lived since her youth to Paris where she started working in the fashion world, eventually creating her own Maison de Haute-Couture.
Pénélope Zagoras reached success and international recognition very quickly with awards such as “Le Grand Prix de L’Excellence Européenne” for creating “the most beautiful wedding dress in the world”.
Her clients have included princesses and members of royal houses around the world, Hollywood actresses and internationally prominent personalities.
Pénélope Zagoras is also the designer of “the most expensive perfume in the world”, presented at a Gala at the Paris Opera, called “Leïda”, inspired by the ancient Greek myth of Leda, seduced by Zeus and transformed into a swan. Among her creations are also “the most expensive wedding dress in the world” and numerous jewels, all unique and of great value.
Nevertheless, Pénélope Zagoras’s attention has always been directed to those most in need, which is why she promoted and organized numerous philanthropic initiatives in collaboration with international organizations such as UNICEF and the Red Cross.
After having created and promoted “the beauty and luxury” for years, Pénélope Zagoras, aware of the excellence of her country of origin and eager to make it known and appreciated internationally, decided to promote “the good and healthy” of that region through the Swiss company FEBA SA, of which she is a director and which has registered the trademark “PZ Pénélope Zagoras” at national and international level.
This is how “Pénélope Zagoras Selection” was born, a range of high-quality Greek products, chosen with the same care, the same love and with the same rigour that have distinguished every activity of Pénélope Zagoras over the years, proposed with a modern and attractive design, whose marketing, again, will generate philanthropy.
In fact, the international sale “Pénélope Zagoras Selection” products will make it possible to donate part of the proceeds to initiatives supporting the needy both in Greece, as the country of origin of these products, and in the various countries where they will be sold.
